Kris was very patient and professional as I was finishing up a few diagnostic steps when he arrived, since my car was bricked.  He arrived very quickly and let me know that he’d tow my vehicle on a dolly so there was no concern with needing to put it in any modes, etc.

I’d highly recommend Cassie’s and would happily use them again.
